Best thing since sliced Bread Like all operators I am always on the out look to save money, stay on the road, and getting good service. Like other operators I recently heard of a new service called Limo Tec. Like al operators I don’t want to spend money unless I have to but sometimes as we all know you just have to and I feel at least that Limo Tec is just one of them occasions. If for no other reason than for the peace of mind knowing that when something goes wrong there is someone there to go to when everyone else is closed or you cannot contact your own mechanic. As all limousine operators would agree that if anything is going to go wrong it’s on a Saturday afternoon or Sunday like as I said your normal repair garage is closed or your own mechanic if you have one cannot be contacted and the Limo is booked out. Just to find out how good the Limo Tec service was and if it lived up to its claims I contacted them about a electrical fault I have had for some time, while it did not stop the Limo operating or put passengers at risk it had annoyed me for some time knowing that something was not quite right. Other people had looked at the problem including auto electric people but could never resolve it. Mainly as any Limousine operator may know the wiring on a Limo is a nightmare and with bundles of wiring going everywhere for what seems to be miles. By contacting Limo Tec I found that my search to rectify the fault was greatly assisted via there friendly clearly knowledge approach via the phone that explained things in a simple manner that operators if anything like me are not that up on wiring can understand and also the wiring diagram that Limo Tec also provided helped the search both on and off the phone to them as they talked me stage by stage to locate the problem. While the cost of membership starting from £90.00 for one Limo up to £160.00 for say 3 Limos may on the face of it seem expensive and off putting on first sight. The benefits far out way the cost. And it would seem that members also benefit from 10% on parts via Limo Stores. Even if not taking up membership and you opt for the premium phone call charges to get the service. I feel it is more than worth the expense to feel safe in the knowledge that there is help out there when others aren’t, a And outlay cost could be seen as by far out weighed by the lack of expensive down time and damage to your business’s reputation by the customer who has booked the limo that’s not going anywhere!
